Here’s to crisp breezes and falling leaves…

Celebrate the season with a PUMPKIN SMOOTHIE. It’s like a pumpkin pie in a glass.
But before you sip it, give the smoothie a nutritional boost. Blend in a tsp of our fresh-frozen E3Live or E3AFA powder (www.e3live.com).

 

Pumpkin Smoothie
½ cup pumpkin puree
½ very ripe medium-sized banana
¾ cup almond milk (or other nut milk)
2-3 pitted dates (or other sweetener of your choice)
½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
¼ tsp vanilla extract
1 cup crushed ice
and don’t forget to add…
1 tsp E3Live (fresh frozen liquid, or E3AFA powder)

Place all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth. Enjoy!
